I started photography as a hobby, bringing my camera to my partner’s lumberjack competitions and falling in love with capturing the grit, the sawdust in the air, the split-second motion, the raw energy.

Everything shifted on the Salty Dog Cruise when I watched the concert photographers at work, the way they predicted every shot was mesmerizing. That was my “that’s what I want to do” moment. Since then, I’ve shot local concerts and my swing dance studio, drawn to movement, emotion, and live energy.
